Plausible team settings

Team settings control things that are shared across everyone on your team: membership, the subscription, API keys, and Single Sign-On. They are separate from account settings, which control your personal login and preferences.

To open team settings, click your account name in the top-right menu, select your team, then choose Team Settings.

What's in team settings

General

• Rename your team
• Invite, manage and remove team members
• Assign and change member roles (owner, admin, editor, billing, viewer)
• Enforce two-factor authentication for all members

We recommend keeping at least two team owners, each using their own Plausible account, so someone can manage your sites and subscription if one owner is unavailable. If your only owner is on leave, cannot be reached or has left your organization, see how to recover access.

Subscription

• View and manage the team subscription
• Upgrade, downgrade or cancel the plan

API keys

• Create and manage your API keys for the Stats API and Sites API
• Each key is scoped to the team selected in the top-right menu when it is created

Danger zone

• Delete the team and remove access for all members
